Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you would like to return any items from your order or you are not completely satisfied, please send us an email on shop@athenaprocopiou.com

Any returns or refunds must receive initial approval via email by Athena Procopiou Ltd

All unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded and the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred.

Returns are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment.
Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. If the return tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. If returning swimwear, please make sure that the protective slip has not been taken off or has not been tampered with. If the protective slip is missing, returns won’t be accepted.

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s). If the item(s) is/are faulty, please specify this in your email and we will help organize the return at our cost.

All successfully returned items will only be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any delivery costs incurred.

Once the return has been approved please send items back using the pre-addressed label.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Step 1 Email us on shop.athenaprocopiou.com

Step 2 You will receive an email confirming your Return and if you are in Europe, you will receive an invoice to be printed and included in your parcel.

Step 3 Enclose your return form and invoice within your parcel and send back using the pre-addressed label.

 

SENDING YOUR ORDER FROM WITHIN THE UK

Please either mail the item back to us by Royal Mail. 

First class or Special Delivery: For returns sent by mail, please use a first class or special delivery service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame.

SENDING YOUR ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

Please either mail the item back to us or use a courier company of your choice. (UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT)

Express Mail - For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted return period, which is 14 days from the date of shipment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of the necessary checks and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@athenaprocopiou.com.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we unfortunately cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing another order.
