Refunds & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your purchase for any reason, including sale items. To do so, click HERE.

In accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations, returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. If the return tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us by email at shop@athenaprocopiou.com no later than 7 days from receiving your puchase. If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

They are certain conditions where a return or exchange cannot be granted:

-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

-Any item that is returned more than 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase. 

Shipping to the Russian Federation or Ukraine?

Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for customers ordering items to be shipped to the Russian Federation and Ukraine. All sales to the Russian Federation and Ukraine are final.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of the necessary checks and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@athenaprocopiou.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we unfortunately cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing another order.

 

Sending your return from within the UK

Please either mail the item back to us or use a reputable courier company of your choice.

First class or Special Delivery: For returns sent by mail, please use a first class or special delivery service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame.

Return your goods to the following address:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Sending your return from outside the UK

Please either mail the item back to us or use a courier company of your choice. (UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT)

Express Mail: For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted return period, which is 14 days from the date of shipment. 

Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company of your choice such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT.
